Default Card is invalid

after my prev post where ive got my IRD number etc they arent on the dbase i tried programming the card with the numbers that are written on there from when the box was modified before.

The channels are now highlighted but when i try to view them it says card invalid ? which part of the programming is wrong as i must be nearly there :-(

It sounds like wrong bk, your not putting letter O instead of nought, or B instead of 8, something like that.

na mate. double checked that.

The bx is modified prev and im sure hes wrote the ird and box numb on the bottom. Thing is when ive got the IRD from the eng menu on the box its different and isnt on the dbase

Take it being a NTL DI2000 box its a pain with what ive read and to get the correct bk key u have to mess about with atmels blah blah

The one in eng menu is the right one, there is a way of reading bk with a voltmeter, you have to solder about 16 wires and read it in binary code, off is 0 ,voltage is 1, looks quite complicated.

Have you checked in engineers menu at card status?
I used a basic default cam id from a rom image and it said that, and engineers menu said blacklisted, so re-did it changing cam id and OK.
