Default 1 west and 0.8 west

Are Thor 2&3 at 0.8 west and Intelsat 10-02 at 1 west considered to be collocated at 1 west like Euro-bird 1 and Astra 2's are at 28 east?

Well, only being 0.2 degrees apart, yes, a 'normal' sized dish aligned to one of them will also pick up the other.
