Default losing some channels

hi .. can someone help me please .. losing some channels on my nokia dbox..... sultanta sports.... to be exact.... any guide on how to rescan channels.... or any other help would be good

what does it say when it boots up white wrighting on screen or look in menu to see what it say ex(sportster extras ,commando extras)ect
have to go out at the moment but hope fully some one els can guide you but i will be back on later if you dont get it sorted
to scan for channels is dependent on what img you have as the new uk imgs have an option to set you location in the blue button menu and the the box reboots you go to service menu/service scan/the optios in this menu should be
bouquets leave current
scan all channels
provider should be you area either 6952 tw or 6687ntl
older img i would select full scan or slow scan new img select fast scan have to go being rushed hope this helps

got my dads working.. done a channel scan and sorted... tried the same with mine and not finding any channels.. think i may need new update ... not got the loader program .. can any one help please

hi m8
the programe for flashing a new image is called (IFA) image flashing assistant it may be in the fta download section (there should be a guide for you to follow to)
try searching or google if not
