OK THE MODEMS ARE NOT CHIPPED. CAN ANYBODY SUPPLY ME A MODEM WITH THE CORRECT SETTINGS IN DUNDEE SCOTLAND AREA.

Try fleabay... I got mine from fleabay search with flashed cable modem, sigma cable modem, etc will cost you around £30 but worth it.
