Shouldnt think its anything that you have done...the box has to go through that phase everytime you download channels, only thing I can suggest is that you do another scan and let it update on a different channel to sky sports ...before doing it however just unplug the box from the mains for a few minutes, only a couple, then let the box reboot ....sometimes things do get locked up,and an unplug can work wonders....It appears you have only just bought the box from what you say so if this doesnt work would suggest you contact the seller about the problem.....

Just saw this about inserting the smart card ...you do NOT have to do that... suggest you remove the smart card ...

errr correct me if im wrong but you say you have a smart card in you eurovox... first question is why? eurovox does not need a smart card..
second question is where did you get the card from to put into the box and who advised you to put a card into the box

There a cable compnay that covers the south west coast of scotland and the north east of England and have nothing to do with Virgin Media, but from reading other forums you can use the box with other cable companies but you need to change the frquency of the scan for your provider or am i just talking mince lol

I wonder if anyone here knows what the channels SVOD_1 and SVOD_2 are ?

The message I get on them is 'service is currently scrambled'.

Is it possible to receive these channels or are they now redundent ?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
