Default Atlantic Bird 3 5°W Algerian Spot/Steerable Beam

A new transponder with 4 channels 2 in the clear 2 in biss from what looks to be what was available on 22w from Algeria on a spot / steerable beam aimed at Algeria.

Some signal brake up but what do you expect for a beam like this

The two that are currently in biss are meant to go FTA according to the press release by Eutelsat.
