Two green dots

My sister has a problem with her Eurovox. She gets no picture on her screen and where the green channel numbers on her box usually are, they just have 2 green dots.

Does anyone know what this probem is? Also how do you fix it?

Any help whatsoever is really appreciated.

probably needs jtagging m8 have a search of the forum on jtagging theres plenty of info

yes i had this problem so i bought a jtag and reflashed the firmware and all is ok
for the time

Is it hard to Jtag?

not really there are guides on here i got help from another member
i can give you the thread location
the problem is you have to buy the board cost me £15.00 plus needed a printer cable
if i can be of any help let me know
would even consider letting you borrow it for a small fee
