hi,

i was wondering if anyone could help me out,

i have an old eurovox max which works perfectly
and a new eurovox max v on which the channels freeze .
is it possible to transfer the data from the old box onto the one that is not working properly

when i connect boxes and go into system menu ,a fault SW does not fit with opposite ! appears any idea what this means ?

the boxes are not compatable you will have to transfer between 2 max Vs unless you can transfer the channel info using dnupman or Voxer
