Default satellite dish

hi everbody out there wondered if this dish is worth a bid is it any good can i get a lnb for two feeds its about the right size for the front of the house and also would hd be possible sorry your views would be appreciated the item no is 260189388306 cheers

Hi, mate,

I don't know too much about dishes myself, so I haven't replied so far.

All I would say is that it looks like a prime focus to me, and quite a small one at that. I think you would be better off going and getting a new Triax 88cm offset dish, I think they are only about £40.

The prime focus if mounted on a wall, sure would look awful, as it would need to be tilted up dy 25 to 30 degrees.

The dish might be the mutts nuts, for all I know, hopefully one of the dish conneseurs(sp) will come along later and let you know.

actually it looks like an offset to me and maybe a channel master too you need to ask for a pic of dish back. i have and i'll post it if its emailed

Stevo is correct, its a Channelmaster/Andrews off set.

It does look like a p/focus, by the angle it was taken.

Its a great dish, but because of the lnb mounting arms, it will be difficult to attach a mono block or two separate lnb`s .
Im sure I have seen a multi feed arm for channel master dish`s

thanks for the replys i really want to run two recievers of the one lnb hence the twin output any idea about the california amp do i assume it will take a standard 40mm lmb ??

it should do as the standard feed assembly accepts a 40mm collar well it doe on my 1.2 and on all the .9m 1m 1.2 and 1.8m i sold in the past

yes channel master dish and you can easily change the lnb to a new one and a fit a jaeger 1224 motor on it for a very nice setup
