Arrow how to connet d-box2 to pc

my friends i am not expert in pc. i just but dbox2. it was perfect. but my friend channge the setting now problem is that no any picture comes so please tell me how i connet d-box2 to pc for new flash/images some told me use crossover cable.ok i can use the ethernet port of d-box but i cant use the ethernet port pc cause its alredy using with cable vergin telwest net if i disconnet it and use it with d-box then my net will go off. so any body help me that which cable i should use to connet d-box2 to pc and how. plz plz help thankyou.will any body guide me how i flash new images i am totlly new in this field once again thanks

If your Dbox was ok before your friend changed the settings then it will probably still be ok now. It will be easier to change the settings back than to re-image the Dbox.
If you do want to re-image then just unplug your internet connection for the few minutes (5 or so) it takes to flash the Dbox.
Easiest method is to FTP your new image to Dbox - especially if you have a router, and re-flash it onscreen via your remote control.
