this seems popular, just a few questions will this program all cards mostly telewest and ntl, what other cards will this program , also i read about talkback will i still need too open the box and do that or use a noise filter
even if i just use a funcard

Yes it does all cards, you can use a reverse path noise blocker filter instead of cutting talkback.
