Eurovox or "thebox" - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

can anyone confirm the good points of the eurovox black over a starview "thebox".

Reason is my father has "thebox" which setup brilliantly, scanned got loads channels,input keys and got scr***led channels too but after readin on here eurovox is very popular.

I am able to get my "thebox" for very cheap as im owed a favout but if its no where as near good as a eurovox i would get one of those

Cannot comment on the Starview as I have never seen one in action,but as far as Im concerened the Eurovox does everything anyone can need,Im fully satisfied with mine ...it gets 276 channels including all Sky Movies,Sky Sports and Adult channels too if you watch such things

and even caters for widescreen too nowadays,so down to you in the end,since you know that thebox is good and you can get it cheap,seems that would be the way to go perhaps?
