Default sorry newbie pls help

hi i recently got a chipped box of some matey it worked for about 2 weeks but now have lost about 95% of channels? it a virgin media pace DI4010-n any ideas how i could fix? thanks

i take it you have just got the freeview channels then? make your self a new card mate theres tutorials available but you need to have done 5 posts in order to access downloads, has this box a 8 digit number and 16 digit number on the bottom? if not it will need j-taging or you could get the box details easily of the card. sounds alot so i suggest read read read and more read lol sorry mate

Thanks for replying yeah i got about 9 channels in total there is a 8 and 16 digit number on the bottom written in pen? when i find the guy im gona throw it bk at his head lol thanks again

What type of card is it. Funcards' rights dates expired recently. Sounds like the card needs an update is all. Those eight and sixteen digit numbers/letters will be your box's IRD (eight digits) and BK (sixteen digits), I expect.

Do you have a programmer?

hi ya yes its a open fun 4 card AT90 yellow. no not got a programmer or no where 2 get one from? Thanks

Mate,

it's not as difficult as you think.

just read the tuts, listen to the guys on here and you'll be set.

I just got my first card working last week and it was pretty easy after spending a bit of time reading up!!!
