euro vox 2008

i am a bit stupid when it comes to technology and when my euro vox went off lately i have lost everything i am with virgin and it just wont work i have tried everything for the last two weeks any ideas would be great i have cleared data configuration the lot and it just wont work please help me

could be cloned box, in that case, there's no help available.

Hi is your box a max v 2008. or did it come in a blue box 2006 red box 2007 are there any lights on the front of the box anyway try this first go into menu scroll to installation select it put pin now select power scan a box will appear change it from normal to full press ok screen will go blank wait and see if it starts to reload the channels this can take 30 mins. let us know how you got on if still no luck repost with as much info as possible model of box etc good luck.
