hi, im having a strange problem with my box. i have the kuro 24th oct software on my box, all the channels seem to work fine but when an event is coming on box office, the channel starts to break up and crashes, pixels, wierd noises etc. all the other channels work fine except for the box office. the symbol rate is 6.952 and the frequency is 514.000.

Once the event is over the channel seems to be fine.

ANYONE have any ideas on this problem as i have tried everything to resolve it.

yeah mate i have tried adjusting the frequency but nothing.

the channel seems fine once all the events have eneded but plays up while the event is on. so wierd and strange.

The event might be on more than one channel - on my D-box, usually on 4 channels. Try searching for a different channel and see if that's any better.

ive just given that a try to but no luck only get 1 channel for box office. thanx for the info tho.

Hi do you have the beta version installed which gives you the option to turn the sinal boost off . It's off by default i had the same problem as you when i installed the beta version it solved all my problems that you have . good luck

yeah mate the signal booster is on. if i turn it off then nearly all the channels on the box go dodgy. cant figure out what the problem is.

all the channels that share the same frequency as box office, i think thers about 6. all seem to pixelate and break up.

revert back to the sept 2007 flash file.
your probably find the signal will be perfect

thanx for that info mate but tried it and failed lol. i returned the box back to the seller and it was replaced. turned out to be a faulty box.
