Default Help needed

Last night I took my Eurovox box to my friends house to watch the Hatton fight, now when I brought it home and reconnected it, it keeps on saying searching for signal on every channel or signal not found?

Can anyone help?

I would check your connections, sounds like you're not getting a signal to it.

It started like this:I was updating the channels via Autoscan but after scan it told me to wait until the changes are saved. After running all night it was still not saved by the morning and I lost all the channels.

I did Factory Reset..not sure if that was wise...plzz help!!!

Regards,Guenter

Am I right in thinking that if you reset it to factory settings, you need to download firmware on your box again??

Go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan using 6887 as the symbol rate. As you have not said what location you are in use a frequency range from 100.000 to 800.000.
