Default New to Eurovox!

Hi

I'm new to the Eurovox thing, only had the box about a month (eurovox max V 2008). In the last week the signal has started to drop on most of the channels to about 8%. I've disconnected everythingm done searches etc. I was sold it on the promise it was an auto-updating model.....could it be just a faulty box?

Thanks

Hi mate, the auto update is nothing to do with your signal its for decoding the scrammbled signals.

Type in the search engine "signal Problems" and there you will find loads of posts ref this. If you still have problems let us know and we will try to help but do some reading and actioning first - you will be better educated and feel more of an expert after.

Gary.
