A little word, please, goes a long way to getting an answer.
But for your information:-
The Astra is a local name used only in arab countries where they use this name to sell the product. Its known elsewhere as EMTech.
You can get the software update from -www.satsw.com (-http://www.satsw.com) which is a website that lists the patches for different systems. The Astra 9500 is equivelant to SR-X200CI.
