Dish alignment on youtube
I found this useful video. It shows how to use a signal meter.

 Many people resort to the second method after failing on the first method. It doesn't work - but for a brief moment, it makes you feel better. Until you realise you need to buy another dish.

I think the 2nd method is great. Just what you need to do to a Sky minidish, it deserved it anyway.
