Hi All,
Please be gentle Im new to this game. I have just got myself a new TMS1500 CI+ box and I am trying to connect to my laptop. It does not have a rs232 connection so I purchased a usb to rs232 adapter but it doesnt seem to work. can anyone help please. Gibbie73 ![]() |

You will need the USB to RS232 and a null-modem cable.
Make sure the USB to RS232 is installed properly (may be more than one driver to install). Also check what COM port the device has been installed to - do that from Windows device manager. Winblows often puts them somewhere ridiculous like COM9, you want to be on COM2,3 or 4.
