Question TM-5x00 features?

I am considering buying one of the PVR-ready receivers in the TM-5200D/etc range, but one important feature seems to be missing from the published specification:
Do these boxes have a SCART RGB output?
And if so, is there a VCR SCART with passthrough?

Also, I have seen reports on another forum that even with external storage connected, there is no function for pausing a live program.
Also, that when playing back a recording, there is no fast forward or rewind.
Are these observations correct, and does anyone know if the restrictions are in the hardware, or whether they might be overcome in a forthcoming firmware update?

I have sent these questions to Technomate, but not had a reply. Is this typical of their customer service?

The alternative I'm considering is to forgo the PVR expansion option, and get the Vantage combined DVB-T and -S box.
Any opinions?
