I have the IRD number, any suggestions in how to obtain the BK number.

This is a different box tee.

Have a good read through the cable section we have answered these questions numerous times before, its easier for us to help you if you have a basic idea of what to do.

Read the pace cable guide in downloads.

Yes, 4000 jtag mate, P&P Led Sim is for 4001.
