Hi,
So I think I firstly need to work out what area I am in in order to get the correct mac address,, having seen someones post >> "sorry mate forgot to tell you its ubr07.croy or ubr09.croy croydon area cheers" Im guessing that mine will be somthing like ubr07.bris - for bristol... Is there some kind of map that tells you what area or code you are in that someone can point me towards? |

The easiest was is from a home connection - or a neighbours. Do a "whois" search of their IP address.
You can use this one - Whois - IP Address - Domain Name Lookup it usually displays your IP address on the main page, click on that and you get lots of interesting information
