i have got a humax reciever , currently it is position for AStra 1.as result of a search it found all the channels like sky sport and sky movie etc but it says insert the card . how can get this channels ? or which card i shall i use to programme ?

You can only get scrambled sky channels with a sky card and sky receiver.

Your dish is pointing at Astra 2 (28.2E).

joshjess is partly right, your receiver won't work with a Sky subscription card, as that is what you need to view Sky channels.

There are other receivers( I have no personal experience), such as the Linux boxes (eg Dreambox) and some Vantage and Octagon models that can at themoment read and update a Sky subscription card. There may be certain others too.

The cheapest way to do it is to go and buy a 2nd hand Skybox and buy a subscription from Sky.
