Hello nwboy,

Welcome to Techwatch.

Can you tell us which satellites/channels you are receiving. It could be that you need a rescan if the audio and video pids have changed.
Have you tried selecting different audio channels by using the 'Language' button on the remote.

If the audio output is set for s/pdif, you will not get any sound to the tv.

Are you using SCART or RF to connect to the TV.
If using RF you may have to change the PAL type until you get some audio out. I had a similar problem, but can't remember what I had to change it to.

Edit, just read your post properly sorry.

Maybe try a different scart socket on the TV?

Does it work through the RF out connection.?
