Hi
I have just installed a new Samsung PS63PSH TV and am using a Sky TV 'eye' to control it (the Sky+ box is in another room). However, since changing the TV the response to pressing buttons on the Sky+ remote is very slow e.g. on pressing the up/down arrows on the TV guide screen it can take several presses on the buttons to get a response. I have tried changing the batteries and tightening connections, but no difference. Is it just because the screen is big? Any ideas please?? |

i doubt its the screen try another remote because there may have been a spill on your remote. mine has suffered this and number 4 requires a harder press
