You can't.
Only an administrator can.

hi ive never been able to change my username as ive nver even known that the admin can change it as i thought it had to stay as the username as it is

the only way that somebody on techwatch can change their username is by as robbo has just said which is to ask brian and im sure he will be able to change it for you
