Any one streamed over lan using altdvb2.2 with vista bda .I couldnt able to find out network stream file for vista bda

Sorry, but what are you trying to stream?

Altdvb is generally used to show tv from a sat card in the pc. VLC is used to stream.

i was previously streaming skystar2 in xp but having prob with vista searched alo seems like no body is able to do streaming in vista either using altdvb or prog dvb

With the very latest drivers and progs, I am now receiving a good picture on Altdvb and Vista from my SS2 card at SD. Unfortunately the HD picture is nowhere near as good as on XP. That is probably because Vista uses too much effort on my AMD 3200+ cpu.

iam also running my altdvb 2.2 on vista with latest bda drivers but the question was abt streaming in vista.No one is yet able to do that.

I posted on altsat which is the biggest sat forum but all in vain no body is as much efficient yet

I dont understand what you mean by streaming. You would use vlc to stream from a dreambox or similar to a pc programme or to another device on a LAN. What are you trying to stream? From where to where?

I am trying to streaming content running in altdvb 2.2 on server to clienet pc but doesnt seem o work in vista.

am i right in saying you want alt dvb running on your (mediacentre?) and want to watch it say for example upstairs on your laptop/other pc?
If so hope someone helps cos i'd like to do that too!!!
