Sky premiere - No sound

Hi,

I have re-scanned but still cannot get the sound for Sky Premiere movie channel. The picture quality is great except there is no sound. All other movie channels work fine.

Can anyone help or advis how I can get the sound ?

Only things I can think of is to make sure the Dolby Digital is off in the audio settings and/or check to see if there is an alternate soundtrack usually by pressing the Green button

Thanks - switched off Dolby digital and the sound is back.

i have the same thing if i press the green button and then select the english without the ac3 next to it it works fine!

what ever that is but it works

I had that once witht he movie channels, check the onsorted channels you may have other versions of the Sky premiere channel which have sound, maybe show as premiere or Sky Movies Premiere.
