Has anyone ever used such a thing and is it any good ?

opinions / comments please...

Scart to HDMI Converter for Sky box, Satillite DVD Will on eBay, also, SCART Cables, Accessories, Consumer Electronics (end time 25-Dec-07 12:53:27 GMT)

I would think that the scaler in your TV would be better at this than a (cheap) separate unit. There are some high quality scalers around, but this doesn't look like one of them.

Thanks lincsat.

The built in freeview tuner is great on this TV with sharp pictures.

The eurovox is very pixelated though

The lower datarate channels often are naff - try a higher datarate channel, like Sky Sports
