Help Stuck Glithching Rom 11

Hi all i am getting stuck glitching a rom 11 card i keep getting timeout error and i know thanks to tutorials that I need to run sct10en.exe but where di i run this in windows i am really stuck so i would really appreciate some advice from a professional

I think i kow what u are on about.

Your getting an error when u start up winex.

What I normally do is install sct10en
then start up winex

If you need sct10en then goto Download details: Windows Script Control

and download from there.

I normally install it everytime Ihave to run winex
