i have read on the threads, that if i should put 1570 into my handset, then go and turn emu on ( if off) . i am pressing menu, but when i press 1570 on my rc nothing comes on the screen, no new box saying emu or anything. help please.

From the Main Menu press 1570

Hi,
try this.Press menu ,then press parental control ,then type your default code , then change that to your new code and confirm . The cursor will automatically return to passcode then press info on your remote and type in your new code again. This should take you to the emu screen.

You cannot access the CAS menu unless your box is flashed with the correct firmware, if it is new more than likely it only has FTA firmware. Press menu and system info and post what it says.
