Hi All,

I have a DBOX and need some assistance, please can anyone help. I would like to know how to communicate with the box through my PC for flashing, channel editing and anything else.

What cable do I use to connect it to the PC?
What software do I use ?
(DnUpMan, Voxer ?? I have a Eurovox and use these, are they any good to me for the DBox?)

I have read post on ftp to the device, how do I do this ?
I have wsftp and use it for my web sites, how would I use it for the box.

Are there any manuals I can download ?

Whats the latest and image/firmware ?

How do I tell what DBox I have and does it matter, the person I got it from had for 2 years now?

Sorry its a new toy and i'm excited.

best is to use image flashing assistant with a null modem cable and an rj-45 patch lead

I will try and digup a manaual
