Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I was hoping someone could help.
I got a Samsung LE40R88BD HDTV a few days ago and have my Xbox 360 connected via RGB and my PS3 connected using HDMI, but it appears that things on the TV (DVDs, Blu-Ray, Normal TV, anything I'm watching) are playing "too fast". It's not majorly fast, something like 1.1x or something like that, but it's quite annoying. It's hard to explain, but if anybody's used VLC Media Player and used the Linear De-Interlace option, it looks like that. I can't notice any difference in the speed of the audio, but when there's a panning shot in a movie, fast moving action scenes or something it looks like its playing faster than it should etc. I've tried knocking various settings etc. off with no luck, any help/advice would be appreciated as it's pretty annoying. |
