Stealth 229 now released with Polsat AU and Digi TV AU

Hi I am new with the Diablo CAM at the moment I have the 226 version which was installed by the dealer.
1. Is it worth installing this upgrade 229 ?
2. What Digi*v ??
3. I have download the users guide from Diablo.com but it looks old as on my receiver I also get KESY options and manybe more , any newer manual ?
4. Last question if I would install the 229, do i need also to download any Keys file ??
