Hello,

What is involved in the unlocking of a Nokia N73 is it a code or a take apart job?

i think it is a take apart job at most places unless you can get the code off the network, but there is no code generator for it AFAIK

Will the old network allow you to unlock it? Is it just a case of ringing them up and getting a code? Do they charge for this?

some charge and some dont, if you spent the contract then vodafone will usually do it for free, and most of the others charge from £15 to £20

but you must have been given that phone on your old contract
