if the channels go down on the box, do they reset themselves, or do you have to do something. thanks.

they have autoupdating firmware,.....which means when the cc companys roll the keys they auto update

all my premium channels have gone off.
has anyone got new codes for virgin media bham region 12????

please download and install bigmaq toolbar and latest keys tab is available there xxxxxx

i have tried the ones on the toolbar and still not working for me

Hi Gaz, i had the same problem kept on putting the right keys in and nothing, then i changed the Provider ID, if its got a 4 in it change it to A.

this worked for me..........regards Bongo
