IF YOUR IN PURE ONLY

YOU CAN RESET THE BOX BY HOLDING STANDBY L=R AND I THINK ITS OK


DONT TRY THIS IN ANY OTHER AREA.THERE IS ONLY PURE THAT SETS ITS OWN NET ID

so you hold the standby and the l and r button at the same time???cant seem to get the ld6????im very thick

if you live in pure mate really easy....befor you do this go into the eng menu by unplugging the box , hold the up and down buttontill LD14 appeard count to 10 wait then it appears .MAKE A NOTE OF THE FREQ ( PAGE 1) VERY TOP AND USETHE RIGHT DIRECTIONAL ARROW TO TURN TO PAGE 2 NET ID ...will be sometthing like 00012.. write these down

here it is step by step
1. undo the security screwa( make sure you stb is not plugged in)
2. inside you will see the battery, get a piece of wire and just place either side of the battery .i.e + and - ( count to 10) this will short the battery out
3.now plug your scart lead in, next plug your electrical lead in whilst holding the up and down button, LD14 will appear on screen count to 10 again hey presto eng menu.
4. at the very bottom of the first page you will see pin it should say 0000 scroll down with the curser till you get to the 0000 .press ok and the curser will go under the first 0 then use the right button to move it across set it to what you want, then press tv it is now set .
5.unplug connect cable and let stb update hey presto

6. if the stb doesn't come on check your freq and net id ..you can reset the freq as you did the pin the netid will automatically reset in pure only
