Default Eurovox Max problem

Hi all
I wonder can you give me some advice?? I bought a Eurovox Max V on 5th November from ebay. On Christmas Eve, I switched on TV and a message jumped up on screen "A fault has occurred, this box must be returned to place of purchase, do not attempt to retune the box"
So, I went in to my ebay account and retrieved the emale adress of the guy who sold it to me (ironmadeuk) but, so far no reply, Its Christmas I hear you say?? well, the problem is, he appears to have dissapeared from ebay!!! he had 6000 feedbacks, 99.9% possitive, so it sounds cosher, but now, the company appear to have dissapeared!!! I have sent eby a message to see if they have an adress, but there is no phone no. etc.
Any one got any suggestions about what I can do next???

Look in ebay help, it tells you how to find the contact details - ebay should have a phone number on record.

Thanks guys, still no luck! Ebay have sent me instructions on how to find the identity and email adress, but so far, no phone number!
Its frustrating, I thought this box was the all singing and dancing box but apparantley not!!!
Just an update to this!! Ive just been sent a tel number by ebay! Unfortunatly its linked to a mail box that is "Full"
Im starting to get a sinking feeling that I have been sold a pup, and the mailbox is full from people like me!!!!
