some Anti-Virus Programs

hello everyone on Techwatch i Advise all Members who download any programs from the likes of limewire or utorrent to Scan the programs with the anti virus such as Spybot or AVG and any other anti virus programs that are avaliable also i advise that you scan because so that there are no Viruses and if you dont scan your pc then you will end up getting lots of viruses from the programs that you have downloaded such as the Trojan Horse and The Worm Virus and many other viruses. i downloaded a program from Limewire and forgot to scan and end up getting a virus on my pc and it made my pc very slow and pop ups kept on coming on my pc but when i downloaded the Avg Free it got rid of the Virus on my pc and my pc was back to normal thanks to the Avg. i thought i would make this thread for members who havent got any type of protection on their pc such as Spybot or AVG. here are lots of Anti-virus programs to Download which are Free and will protect your pc from nasty,Horrible Viruses that you might get these are for all members to download if they need the programs. I ADVISE you to Scan all programs you download from limewire etc...........

as i said these are all free anti virus programs to download so Beware of the Viruses if you dont scan anything or get rid of anything

also feel free to download one of these free anti virus programs they will really help your pc alot with all of the problems you might have and any more anti virus programs i have forgotten please let me know thanks
also if you are having virus problems with your pc then these are the websites you would like to try they are completely Free and all you do is download them to your pc and you are then all sorted so why are you waiting and looking on the internet yourself when they are already here it saves you having to search for them yourself thats why i made this thread because it is to help members who have problems with the viruses on their pc's or laptops these type of sites will get rid of anything on your pc they will even get rid of every single virus on your pc and they will probably make your pc faster. download them now and get rid of anything nasty on your pc and they are completely Free so no worrying about wheather you have to pay for them coz you dont they are free to download and easy to get them. yep... be careful of accepting IM... caught a nasty trojan few months back,, just when you think yu'r safe.. i use n32 found to be formidable, just when you think all is safe you can get bit ... always keep ya guard up and firewall up.

hello Thanks Tee_111 will keep this thread going with more information also if other members want to add a few things to do with this thread then feel free to do so need as much information on this thread as possible so feel free to add anything to with free spyware or something like that or tell me the info and i will add it to the thread thanks one more thing i dnt mean anything daft or anything that doesnt make sense i mean proper free spyware or some more anti virus sites to put on this thread

http://http://softwaredownload.name/<<< this site has lots of free downloads whch will come in handy for all of the horrible viuses such as: the Trojan Horse,Worm,normal virus and also an email virus which some people might get but if u download one of the free downloads i have put on here and keeping scanning ur computer(pc or laptop)then it will get rid of them for you and will protect your pc against them horrible things there is no good waiting and struggling trying to find a anti-virus site when they are already here all you do is click on the anti-virus thing then click download and it is free. such as AVG and Spybot-search ad destroy these 2 i think are the easiest ones to use. so stop the waiting of letting the viruses take over your pc and get the Anti-virus download thingy while you can to stop it spreading.
