Default Card Programmer

Hi I have a VXtools card programmer that i used along time ago to do Itv digital cards. Is it any good or do i bin it. I need to program my n*l card as its just recently gone down. Need some info on the vxtools programmer as well as ive lost the power supply for it and not sure what voltage it is. It is not usb its rs232. Any help would be appreciated.

If you've got a MOSC, then you need a programmer that can do phoenix mode - you may need a proper phoenix interface or one of the newer USB/Phoenix programmers like the Infinity USB phoenix or unlimited.

thanks, just been reading up about the infinity usb, seen that saverstore are selling them for £21.57.

go get it from saverstore it retails at around 50quid. they selling it for £25 inc. postage got mine today

Thanks i think i will. I have a pace 4001 with a original looking N*l card. Is this a Atmega card. Im not sure as somebody else did it for me in february and now its stopped working, so id like to try programme it myself.
