An 80cm-1m dish pointing at 5e and a Dedicated Scientific Atlanta Power Vu decoder

Oh and i also forgot to say you will also need the £10,000 a year sub to enable the decoder to actually open the channels up

Before you ask there is no way of opening a Power Vu encrypted service. The encryption is totally secure

I'm guessing that it may have something to do with the fact its used by the US military so it wouldn't be a good idea to hack it and then release it to the public, unless you want the US military chewing your arse
