Hi: Not too sure what to do if and when i need a firmware update on my eurovox v max box, i do know that i well require a laptop, null cable and the firmware 101 update but what programme would i need to install this update and is pretty straight forward to do

go to the downloads section, it is very simple, just follow the instructions.
I did mine for the first time today and it was easy!!!

Hello maccymac65.I think that it is under 'Private fta' In the UK cable section.
On some pages there is a link at the top of the page.
