I live in the Birmingham area. Is it possible to get Setanta Sports Ireland on eurovox.

If its available on normal V1rgin uk, then the answer is yes.

The channel is only available in Ireland and its not in England. Is there a frequency or some way i could add the channel?

If it isn't broadcast thru your cable provider you will not be able to tune the Euro V to it.
