Hi there,

can anybody help me with my problem?

which is my chipped telefest box. when starting power up it gets stuck on the loading screen, which is driving me mad not knowing what the problem is. help would be much appreciated

have you checked the eng menu to see if it has lost its net id, if not depending which box it is try to force a update

hi there,

how would i know if i lost my net id? and also how do i force an update.
the problem is i have a modified pace box which is di1010 t phase 1b and will not load past the POWERING UP... JUST A MOMENT screen.

any help would be much appreciated.

hold the up + down buttons when powering up and it will take you to the em
think its on page 2 your net id and check what it is and what it shoud be here List of Net Id's for Cable TV

Thanks ronster for your reply, i've checked in the eng menu and set new freq which was something different, checked sym rate which matches fine, but my net id is different to what it should be, but can't change it for some reason why is this?

any help would be much appreciated

Unless your in pure ntl area you have to set net id with net id file on a fun card, read the net id fun tut.
