Does anybody know why these boxes only work in Ireland and if there are any plans to develop anything similar for the UK market?

the uk is pretty much all digital cable through the ground,as far as im aware these boxes are for airborn signal (terrestrial signal)

there are plenty of similar boxes for digital cable (underground cable)
