Hi,
Just won one on eBay, be here Monday. Had the Starview for over a year now and just got sick an tired of it... Scrambled/freezing channels then couldnt get loads of channels etc etc Is the Eurovox better than it? Does it have (Now & Next) on every channel instead of waiting for it to come up? Also whats better on this than the Starview? Thanks in advance! |

Hi you dont have to wait for channels to load once you have scanned it will say please wait while it up dates the code which stops you viewing scamble channels once done instant viewing it may from time time when they update codes say please wait while it update the code again not very often. it has epg electronic program guide shows you whats on next you will have to sort the channels into the 8 fav's like movies, sport, very easy if stuck just post i think you will like it ive never had any other box works for me .

I have noticed that the EPG on Eurovox MaxV has only 12 character spaces for the channel name. So with Paramount Comedy all I get is Paramout Co!
Is this something that can be changed? Also, I would have thought the EPG would pick up on N*L's channel preferences, like which way they are sorted including the categories! |

The Channel manager is the tool you need to sort out your chanells, basically they will be listed in frequancy, you can choose to sort alphabetically, but theere is still an amount of effing and jeffing from yourself too get the channels in order, dont forget afterall these boxes are only a scanner!! |

You can edit the channels either on the box itself, or on your PC with the UFL programme or Voxer. The character limit is a problem, but remember what you are paying for the channels
