The Television Close Down And Start Up Blog

It's a blog on start up and close downs of various international broadcasters.

I have been planning this blog in my head for some time, but have now finally decided to go ahead with it.

Hope Im not braking any rules by posting this, but I want to judge peoples idea and judgement basically.

Also any channels you guys have seen closing down at night or starting up in the morning.

Adjara Tv on Hotbird.
Currently,when its shut down,you can see bars and tones with the overlaid Adjara DOG,with a Santa hat on

Looks kinda sad.

I have seen Adjara's start up and its poor, compared to the absolutely fantastic mind blowing Georgian State TV start up its like chalk and cheese.

Ill upload that in a few days.

I noticed TV 7 Tunis on Astra 1 and Hotbird,has listed that it shows the National Anthem at 5.00am(BST),on its teletext listings.
It might have a shutdown/start up prior to the National Anthem.
