Hello,
I have a SKY Italia card and was wondering whether it is possible to use it with this receiver. If it is, could someone possibly explain how?

Please let me know if you require further information.

I haven't managed to get a BskyB card to work in mine. It uses NDS to so its probably the same problem. It doesn't seem to have any problem with any other card just the NDS cards

Its just going to be a case of trying different emus to see if you can get it working

ive seen sky cards working fine on tm9100 using cccam 2.0.3

Have you put the nds file in var/keys if the file structure is similar to the Dreambox?

Wheres that JIm. Had a looky in Var/keys on the dreambox and i can't see it anywhere. My NDS card works fine in the Dreambox.

The TM knows its there it just won't decode from it

Here I is.

Use gbox center and the tools menu and you can create the nds file.

A couple of questions:

1. What is NDS? And what is gbox center, which is used to create the NDS file?
2. Is cccam an emu? What other (popular?) emu's should I be trying?

Sorry, one more thing - might sound silly, but I gotta ask it anyway: is there any risk at all that the card gets damaged/invalidated by putting it into another (non-SKY) receiver?
