Sorry if this has been posted already, but i have had a quick look around and cant find a answer to my problem.
Basically, i have a 250 modem, and it connects for about 20 seconds then I lose net connection. It seems that when it connects it tries to get a SW update from virgin, its at this point my modem disconnects.. and i have to wait for it to rescan and connect... Im not very up on these modems, but can someone point me in the general direction as to what is needed to be done to sort this problem? |

dependent on your area as to wether you can force a connection, if you try it without forcing and it stays connected then find a 20 meg mac you can use and your away.
